Personal Use◌ Commissions bought under this usage must NOT be used in any way that may bring income.
◌ You are allowed to use the illustration on social media for personal uses (profile pictures, etc)
◌ You are allowed to print the illustration for personal use only.
◌ You are not allowed to alter the illustration nor have it edited by someone else.
◌ You are not allowed to post the unwatermarked version of the artwork.Commercial Use◌ Commissions bought under this usage can be used for commercial purposes previously agreed with the artist.
◌ You are allowed to use the illustration on social media for personal uses (profile pictures, etc)
◌ You are not allowed to alter the illustration nor have it edited by someone else.
◌ You are not allowed to post the unwatermarked version of the artwork.Rights of the Artwork◌ All artwork rights belong to the artist (me).
◌ Trancing, heavy referencing or copying of any of my art is not allowed.
◌ If you reference any part of my artworks you must credit me.
◌ I have the right to post and stream the commission online, unless a due date is agreed on (debuts, releases, etc), in which case I’ll hold it until then.
◌ I’m allowed to use commissions for Commission examples, Gallery, Speedpaints, Twitch streams, Patreon content and others, unless agreed against it.Pricing & Payment Terms◌ Payment can be made through PayPal invoice only.
◌ Payment must be done within 48 hours after the invoice is sent, unless agreed otherwise. If not, the commission will be cancelled.
◌ I request full payment to be done upfront, for reasons of it being easier to keep track of the money and to avoid getting scammed.
◌ All commissions will be started only after full payment has been made.
◌ All payments MUST be made in USD.Work process and Schedule◌ Whenever open, I'll be accepting Commission Form submissions over Email and Twitter.
◌ When you submit, it's not granted if or when you'll get a slot. I'll most likely get back to you soon with the final price quotation, and whether your form is a. accepted or b. waitlisted.
◌ If I don't get back to you in a while, please know that I'll be prioritizing certain commissions over others, mainly for monthly income reasons, but you can always try again.
◌ I work under the regulation of my own times. No rush fee is available.
◌ Commissions are drawn in acceptance order.
◌ I'll send you a rough sketch or multiple and wait for your review and approval before I start lining. Changes can be made during this stage only, and they’re limited to 3 reviews max.
◌ Straying from the initial requests stated on the form during the review won’t be allowed. Please be clear about what you want if you want specifics.
◌ Sketches may take an average of a week, up to a month, to be delivered.
◌ Commissions may take an average of a month, up to three months to be fully finished.
◌ You can ask for process pictures or check how their commission is going whenever you want, however, please consider that the process of drawing is not always linear.
◌ You’ll receive an approximately 3000x2000px 300dpi .PNG illustration without watermark. However, you may only post the watermarked version. Size may vary depending on composition.
◌ No changes can be made after the piece is complete.Rules and Conditions◌ All commissions must be requested by filling out the form stated on my site.
◌ Clear, high quality reference pictures are desired. In addition to that, you need to be clear with the written specifications of your request. If you choose not to give out a clear request, you're agreeing to me picking out what I think is best for the art piece and base on what I could understand that you wanted.
◌ I can work with unclear or low quality reference pictures, however, by choosing to send them to me you're agreeing to any modifications of design I might make to fill in for the lack of quality of the reference, be it on design, pose or any other.
◌
◌ All treatment between us must be done with respect and professionalism.
◌ All my work is done by digital media. No material goods are involved in my services, so there's no shipping to take place.Refunds & Cancellation
◌ You can cancel the commission before payment, please be quick to let me know if this is the case.
◌ Refunds are not available if there's no cancellation of the commission.
◌ Cancellation after payment can only be made by the artist, me, in cases when the commission work is no longer viable (loss of communication, abusive behavior from the client, etc.).
◌ In case of refund, the amount of the refund will be equal to the percentage lacking of the work to be done. Again, this can only be stated by me in very extreme cases.Agreement◌ All articles of this Terms of Service Agreement are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between Client and Artist.

◌ I’m allowed to use Live2D Models for Commission examples and catalogue, unless agreed against it.
◌ You must credit me as your Live2D Model’s artist in social media by tagging me.Pricing & Payment Terms◌ Payment can be made through PayPal invoice only.
